On December 3rd 2019, the KPP Laureate Award was presented to Jessica Francois, formerly a student of the College Stella Maris. Jessica had achieved the highest score at the 9ieme Année Fondamentale State Examination for the commune. She is now pursuing higher education at the Ecole Evangélique Baptiste of Port-a-Piment..
In the presence of the school director, teachers and students, Mrs. Paule-Edeline Orcel, KPP General Secretary, accompanied by other KPP members bestowed the award to Jessica. Mrs. Orcel took the occasion to motivate the students to remain focused on their tasks in order to gain the knowledge necessary for a better future.
