Frantz J Jean is the founder and the President of Konbit Pou Potapiman Inc. Before his retirement, Mr Jean spent his working days in the financial industry. He retired as a Vice President from Morgan Stanley, one of the leading firms on Wall Street. Mr Jean is also a survivor of the World Trade Center tragedy. Nowadays, he spends most of his time dealing with issues related to Haiti and more specifically to his hometown of Port-a-Piment. His frequent trips to Port-a-Piment allow him to reconnect and to work with and for the people of Port-a-Piment. Under his leadership, KPP has introduced different initiatives Among them are a Summer Camp program, a Water Access project, a Sponsorship Program for disadvantaged children, and an Award program for high academic achievers He has created a website which chronicles all the KPP activities at www.portapiment.com.
Carolle Paul is currently the Vice President of Konbit Pou Potapiman (KPP). Born in Port-Au-Prince, Haiti, she moved to New York City at the age of 16.. A graduate of the College of Staten Island, she had a very productive career at Citibank and moved to Maryland where she worked at Thompson Reuters as a Financial Researcher. A mother of two daughters and grandchildren who live in Maryland, she moved to Delray Beach, Florida for her retirement and is surrounded by close family and friends. Mrs Paul is dedicated to her work for KPP and considers her contribution to the Community of Port-a-Piment as an opportunity to give back to her native country of Haiti
Yves Sidney is the Treasurer of Konbit Pou Potapiman, Inc. He earned an accounting degree and worked as an auditor for the State of New York, the State of Florida, and the Internal Revenue Service. He was a member of a music band, and various Haitian clubs in college. Mr Sidney is a husband, father and grandfather. He has been a member of KPP for the last eight years. These major milestones in his life have taught him what it takes to be a successful leader and ways to identify how to work with others. More importantly, he views these experiences as events that have defined his view of life: Life cannot be complete if it is not shared with others, and we must give back at every opportunity that we find.

Jean-Marie Florestal is currently the Secretary of the Board of Directors of KPP. He was born in Jérémie, Haiti and currently resides in Coral Springs, Florida. Mr. Florestal has been a banker throughout his adult life. He served ten years at the Royal Bank of Canada in Port-au-Prince, followed by thirty-six years in various positions in banking in South Florida. In 2019, he retired from his position as Chief Financial Officer of Biscayne Bank in Miami, Florida. Since then, he dedicates his time to various organizations with the purpose of helping the Haitian community in South Florida and in Haiti. He is a founding member of the St Antoine Hospital Funds Inc (STAHF) for Hôpital St. Antoine in Jérémie for the benefit of any patient in need of healthcare. He is currently the Secretary of the Board of Directors of STAHF and a member of the Haitian American Chamber of Commerce of Florida (HACCOF)
Dr. Marilys Graham Randolph is a member of the Board of Directors of KPP since 2019. She was born in Port-Au-Prince, Haiti. She obtained her Bachelor degree in Physical Therapy from Hunter College, a Master’s degree from New York University and a PhD in Physiology from Howard University in Washington DC. Her clinical career at the New York University Medical Center and Howard University Hospital in Washington DC changed into an academic career by 1981. She fulfilled the role of Chair of the Department of Physical Therapy at Howard University (1992-1997) and Hampton University (1997-2008). She retired in 2017 as Associate Professor at Florida International University. After the earthquake of 2010 Dr. Randolph volunteered at Hôpital Petit Frères et Soeurs in Port-Au-Prince and Hôpital Cité Lumiere in Cayes.
Claude Levy is member of of the Board of Directors of KPP. She was born and raised in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. She attended Queens College where she received a Bachelor’s Degree in Linguistics, then a Master’s Degree in Education from St. John’s University. Shortly after, she joined the New York City Board of Education as an ESL (English as a second language) teacher. Mrs. Levy was a member of the Haitian Teachers’ Association ANMWE and the New York State Association for Bilingual Education, NYSABE.. She represented them for one year before the Board. Mrs. Levy also worked as a Staff Developer at the School District for one year, then opted to return to the classroom. After her retirement, she moved to Florida and became a member of Club Phoenix.
Geto Dumesle is a member of of the Board of Directors of KPP and a native of Port-A-Piment. He attended primary and secondary school in Port-A-Piment and is a graduate of the College Stella Maris. He later moved to Port-au-Prince to further his studies. In 1982, Mr Dumesle relocated to South Florida, where he works in the field of Real Estate. He is active in the Public Relations section of Konbit Pou Potapiman. He is married, with children.
Joseph Anselme is a member of the Board of Directors of KPP. He was born in Anse-d’ Hainault, Haiti, graduated high school at the Lycée Alexandre Pétion and attended the Faculty of Ethnology in Port-au-Prince. In 1973, he taught in High School in the Belgian Congo and later relocated in New York where he obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in French Literature at Queens College. He now lives with his wife in Florida. He retired as a teacher after a successful career in Education with the Broward County Public School, South Florida, and continues to contribute to the community on a part-time basis as a substitute teacher. From 1986-1991 Mr. Anselme served as President of CORCAH (Committee of Relief for the Community of Anse d’Hainault), a non-profit organization in New York, and a board member of GREPADH (Group of Reflection for the Progress of Anse d’Hainault) in Boston.
Serge Bellegarde, a member of the Board of Directors of KPP, was born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. He is married and has a daughter. He did his primary and secondary school at the Institution Saint-Louis de Gonzague in Haiti. He obtained his Bachelor of Sciences in Linguistics and French (1977) and a Certificate of Translation from Georgetown University. He holds a Master’s degree from Howard University, with specialization in Caribbean History (1984). Mr. Bellegarde retired after a 42-year career as a reviewer-translator from the Organization of American States (OAS) in June 2014. He is a member of the Haitian Creole Academy (Akademi kreyòl Ayisyen). Mr. Bellegarde is also a board member of different organizations dealing with social and educational projects in Haiti, namely HavServe Volunteer Network and Beyond Borders.
