An update on the agricultural project in Jabouin, Port-a-Piment

The agricultural project in Jabouin continues to move forward. Over 10 acres of land planted in corn and beans are progressing as expected despite the heavy rainfalls that the commune of Port-a-Piment has endured in the last few weeks.

    

Harvest is expected to start by the end of next month. As a result, the markets in the town of Port-a-Piment and surrounding areas will have food to trade and food for families to consume.The residents of the village of Jabouin are all excited and hopeful of better days. KPP will continue to monitor and advise the peasants to ensure sustainability in managing the fruit of their efforts.
