The 2012 Annual General Meeting of Konbit Pou Potapiman Inc was held on March 3rd, 2012 at the Organization Headquarters in Pembroke Pines,Florida.
The Annual General Meeting agreed to each of the proposed projects with a clear majority. The organization Annual Report 2011 was approved. The Board of Directors was discharged from their liability and the following members were re-nominated: Frantz J Jean, Colette St Gerard, Carolle S Paul, Geto Dumesle, Edu Jean Marie, Stanley Hugo Damas, Carmelle Oriol, Jean Maceres Romulus, Ronald Lubin. The following member was added: Gerald Sidney. No countermotions were received.
Here is list of projects retained for 2012:
1- Free Health care Clinic with the collaboration of the Haitian Medical Association (Haiti) July16th – July19th 2012 in Port-a-Piment, Chardonnieres and Roche-à-Bateau, Haiti.
2- Summer camp for 50 youth aged between 7 and 16 years old in Port-a-Piment – July 23rd – August 3rd 2012
3- Four Special Award prizes named after “ERIC BELFORT” to the laureates of Secondary schools
4- Konbit Pou Potapiman Inc prizes to the best plastic bottles artists in Port-a-Piment.
5- Distribution of School and Sports supplies to the most disadvantaged children of the county of Port-a-Piment in partnership with Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc South Broward Fort Lauderdale chapter. –July 2012
The assembly agreed to increase its membership. Mr. Claudel Moise and Mr. Marc Devil Joseph have agreed to represent Konbit Pou Potapiman Inc in New YorkandBostonrespectively in its drive to increase its membership.
