With much regret we learned of the passing of Mrs. Mirka Marsan. Mrs. Marsan was a true “portapimentais’’. Teacher by profession, she touched so many lives, and helped so many people follow the right path during her tenure in Port-a-Piment, Haiti..
KPP lost a vibrant and great supporter. In 2011 she was among those who helped create KPP. We remember her smile and the encouragement she gave us at our early meetings. We were thrilled to receive her full support.
Man Cayotte, as we called her, died at 104years old. Her funeral was held on Monday December 21st 2020 in Florida.
Our deepest sympathies go to her large family, her friends and to all portapimentais. May she Rest in Peace!
